One lead coordinator on-site for up to 8 hours on the wedding day
Final planning consultation to review details, vendor contacts, and event flow
Wedding day timeline creation & management
Vendor confirmation the week of the wedding (arrival times, setup needs, etc.)
Ceremony rehearsal coordination (1 hour)
