   Set up of your personal items (place cards, favors, guestbook etc.)

   Distribute any remaining VIP florals

   Assist with guest greeting & direct greeters/ushers

   Direct ceremony processional

   Work with musicians/DJ & que music

   Manage & run timeline

   Wedding day emergency kit

   Distribute final payments & gratuities to vendors

   Deal with unforeseen situations

Need a little more assistance……we got you! Here are a few add on services:

Virtual planning sessions – via zoom. Add on as many of these that you would like. From selecting vendors to organizing accommodations and transportation. Whatever comes up that you need some extra assistance with, we’ve got you. Includes recap email and details.

$250 for 3 sessions

Bridal assistant – (AKA your brides BFF) we work with your hair & makeup team to create a morning timeline that’s efficient and allows for a relaxing morning. We help organize and will even fetch you your breakfast and lunch. Help with keep everything tidy and organized. White glove bridal styling services with last minute steam touch ups, help with any emergencies like broken straps, stains, etc. On site for first looks and photography details. Dry bouquets and pin on boutonnieres. We will be armed with our emergency kit, ready to make the first part of your day relaxing & fun! Zoom consult prior and 5 hours coordination day of.

Starting at $500

Set up & décor styling – we automatically place out your cake knife set, place cards, table numbers, guestbook etc. for you, but if you need us to construct centerpieces and other details, we are happy to add a crew of our designers to set up all your pretties just the way you like. Includes planning sessions to plan this out. Custom pricing.
